If Sunday communion does not fit with your schedule a Holy Communion service is held fortnightly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday afternoons at the Acacia Park Rest Home for the residents and others who wish to attend.

Find Out How To Get Involved
Omokoroa Community Church is a "co-operating venture" under the umbrella of the Anglican, Methodist and Presbyterian Churches of New Zealand. That said, we are autonomous and self-governing in the running of day-to-day matters, and the congregation, led by an elected Parish Council, is made up of people from more than 20 different denominational backgrounds. We opened our own purpose-built facility in 2002 after operating for many years in the Settlers' Hall.

Since 1972 the Omokoroa Community Church has played a central part in the community of Omokoroa.Our mission statement “To live by faith, be known by love and be a voice of hope” underlines the heart of being located in a small community; the need to minister and care for one another and to be a place of refuge and hope.
